Glass Item Return Policy
At Karn Distribution India LLP, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return glass items, and we aim to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You can return glass items within 5 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Packaging: Carefully repack the glass item in its original packaging. Ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
